Introduction
At Nuban Mower Centre we want you to be completely
satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied,
we accept returns within 14 days of purchase, subject
to the conditions outlined below. This policy is in
addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer
Law (ACL).
1) Returns Window
- All return requests must be made within 14 days of
the original purchase date.
- Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted
unless required by Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
- To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of

2) Return Conditions
- Items must be in unused, resellable condition with
original packaging and all accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
is required for all returns.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing
parts may not be accepted or may be subject to a
reduced refund.
3) Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping
costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as
Nuban Mower Centre is not responsible for items
lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For pickup-only items (mowers/heavy items), returns
must be brought back to our Gold Coast showroom
(13/10 Nuban Street, Currumbin QLD 4223) during
opening hours.
4) Restocking Fee
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
amount.
- Example: If you paid $500 for an item, your refund
will be $450 after the 10% restocking fee.
5) No Final Sale Items
- Nuban Mower Centre does not sell final sale items.
- All items are eligible for return within the 14-day
window, subject to the conditions outlined in this
policy.
6) Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will
notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund within 2 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your
original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued minus the 10% restocking fee and
any original shipping costs.
7) Exchanges
- We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase,
subject to stock availability.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping
costs for exchanges.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to exchanges as well.
- To request an exchange, contact us within 14 days
of purchase at [your support email or contact form].
8) Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please
contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full
refund at no cost to you, in line with your rights
under the ACL.
- Please include photos of the damage or fault when
contacting us.
9) Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
- Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude,
restrict, or modify any rights you may have under
the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
- Under the ACL, you are entitled to a repair,
replacement, or refund for a major failure and
compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable
loss or damage.
- Our 14-day returns policy and 10% restocking fee
apply to change-of-mind returns only and do not
affect your ACL rights.
10) How to Return
Step 1: Contact us within 14 days of purchase at

Step 2: We will provide return instructions and a
Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Step 3: Pack the item securely with original
packaging and include your proof of purchase.

Step 5: Once received and inspected, we will process
your refund within 5–7 business days minus
the 10% restocking fee.
