Shipping policy
Nuban Mower Centre ships parts and accessories Australia-wide. Mowers and other heavy items are pickup-only from our Gold Coast showroom. Local pickup is free. Shipping rates are dynamic and calculated at checkout based on item type, weight, and destination. Freight quotes may be required for unusually large or heavy items.

- Availability: Pickup is available at our Gold Coast showroom.

- Hours: Pickup is open Mon–Fri 7:30am–4:00pm and Sat 8:30am–11:00am.
- How to pick up: Choose Local Pickup at checkout. You’ll receive pickup instructions and hours in your order confirmation.
- Fees: Free pickup.
- What to bring: Order confirmation and photo ID when collecting.
- Shipping for parts and accessories
- Availability: Australia-wide shipping for parts and small items.
- Rates: Calculated at checkout; no fixed prices. Rates vary by weight and destination.
- Processing time: Orders placed before 12pm AEST are dispatched the same day (subject to stock); orders after that time ship next business day.
- Carriers: We use standard parcel services (Australia Post, Sendle, or equivalent) with tracking where available.
- Delivery times: Generally 2–7 business days within Australia; rural/remote areas may take longer.
- Mixed orders (mowers + parts)
- If a cart contains a mower/heavy item and parts, the mower/heavy item remains pickup-only. Parts ship as usual.
- Freight quotes
- For truly large/heavy items, freight quotes may apply. You’ll be shown a “Freight Quote” option at checkout or we’ll contact you to confirm a price before shipping.
