  • We accept payment via the methods configured in Shopify (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, Afterpay, etc.).

  • Cancellations: You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting us. If the order has not yet been processed for shipping or pickup, we will cancel and refund the full amount to your original payment method. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible; you may instead rely on our Returns Policy for refunds once delivered, subject to ACL rights.
  • Returns: All returns must be completed within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, subject to our Returns Policy and ACL rights.
  1. Delivery, Pickup, and Risk of Loss
  • Local pickup: Heavy items and mowers are pickup-only from our Gold Coast showroom (13/10 Nuban Street, Currumbin QLD 4223). Pickup hours are Mon–Fri 7:30am–4:00pm and Sat 8:30am–11:00am. Pickup is free.
  • Shipping of parts/accessories: Australia-wide shipping for parts and small items; rates calculated at checkout.
  • Risk of loss: Risk passes to you when goods are handed to you or when you take possession, whichever occurs first. For pickup, risk passes at pickup; for shipping, risk passes at delivery or when delivered to the carrier, depending on the carrier’s policy.
  • Freight quotes: For unusually large/heavy items, freight quotes may apply. You’ll be prompted at checkout or contacted for final pricing before shipping.
  1. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties
  • Returns window: You may return eligible items within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, subject to our Returns Policy (and ACL rights).
  • Return conditions: Items must be in unused, resellable condition with original packaging and accessories; you may be required to provide proof of purchase.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team or use the return portal provided in your order confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
